Note on automated processing and AI: a section on the Standard on the use of AI in schools (Order No. 283-NK) — teachers decide on grades, anonymisation before external AI services, pupils' accounts. Library: a card for the standard.
Notes on the regulator and on deletion and de-identification: new Ministry functions under Government Resolution No. 853 — masking and hashing rules, data export from critical objects, registers of operators and breaches. Timeline: amendments to the Credit Bureau Law from 21.10.2026.
